VICKERS-CPF2S-12-B-W-3-M-U6-HL7-20

Description & Features

Designed for hydraulic circuits requiring adjustable pressure control, this Vickers by Danfoss pressure control valve delivers reliable relief and regulation up to a maximum system pressure. The VICKERS-CPF2S-12-B-W-3-M-U6-HL7-20 is a plug-and-play unit built for straightforward installation without custom configuration, making it well suited for demanding industrial applications where downtime matters.

Rated for flow up to 800 litres per minute, this Design 20 valve accommodates high-flow hydraulic circuits with consistent performance. Buna-N seals provide dependable fluid compatibility across a range of common hydraulic media, while moisture-resistant construction supports use in environments where exposure to condensation or wash-down conditions is a concern. The valve falls within the IV Pressure Valves classification and carries the Vickers sub-brand heritage backed by Danfoss engineering standards.

Buna-N seals make this valve compatible with a range of common hydraulic fluids.
Question by: Melvin M on Jun 28, 2025, 7:30 PM
flow rate on this one says 800 litres per minute, that right for a CPF2S-12? seems high for what i'm used to seeing on pressure control valves
Answer by: Customer Support on Jun 30, 2025, 1:01 PM
800 litres per minute is the rated flow capacity for this valve, and yes, that's correct. The CPF2S-12 is built for high-flow hydraulic circuits, so that figure isn't unusual for a valve in this class. If your system runs at or below that ceiling, you're within spec.
