VICKERS DG5V8H33C2MFTWLB10

Description & Features

Designed for two-stage directional control in demanding industrial hydraulic circuits, the Vickers DG5V8H33C2MFTWLB10 is a pilot-operated valve rated for flow up to 700 litres per minute. Its three- or four-way directional control capability makes it adaptable across a wide range of circuit configurations, and the valve mounts directly to industry-standard subplate surfaces for straightforward integration.

Buna-N seals provide reliable fluid compatibility across typical hydraulic media. Suited for high-duty applications including die casting and foundry equipment, machine tools, presses, primary metal and paper processing, marine and offshore installations, turbine control systems, and test and simulation equipment, this valve covers a broad application range within a single platform. Thousands of model configurations are available within the Vickers DG5V-8 series to match specific circuit requirements.

Question by: Curt H on Apr 26, 2025, 8:25 AM
Can this handle nasty hydraulic fluid, or do I need to be careful what I run through it?
Answer by: Customer Support on Apr 27, 2025, 7:06 PM
Buna-N seals provide fluid compatibility across typical hydraulic media, so it should work fine with common fluids.
Question by: Neil H on Sep 7, 2025, 9:48 PM
We run a press line that pulls pretty hard on the hydraulic system. Does this valve hold up to that kind of continuous, high-demand work?
Answer by: Customer Support on Sep 9, 2025, 6:16 AM
Press applications are actually one of the environments this valve was built around. Along with die casting, foundry equipment, and primary metal processing, heavy press duty is listed as a supported application. The flow rating of 700 litres per minute gives it enough capacity to handle high-demand circuits without being undersized for the job.
