VICKERS DG5V8H31C2TVMUH10

Description & Features

Designed for high-flow hydraulic circuits, the Vickers DG5V8H31C2TVMUH10 is a two-stage directional control valve rated for flow up to 700 litres per minute. It supports three- or four-way directional control and mounts on industry-standard surfaces, making integration into existing hydraulic systems straightforward across a wide range of machine configurations.

Buna-N seals provide reliable fluid compatibility in demanding service conditions. This valve is suited for use in die casting and foundry equipment, machine tools, presses, primary metal and paper processing machinery, marine and offshore installations, test and simulation equipment, and turbine control systems, including wind, steam, and water turbine applications. The broad application range reflects the DG5V-8 series' flexibility across industrial sectors where precise directional flow control is required.

Question by: Diane W on Jan 16, 2026, 10:40 AM
Got a high-flow press circuit that needs directional control somewhere north of 600 LPM. This valve rated to handle that kind of volume?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jan 17, 2026, 9:25 PM
Rated for up to 700 litres per minute, so a circuit running in that range sits comfortably within what this valve is built for. It handles three- or four-way directional control, which covers most press circuit configurations. The Buna-N seals hold up well under demanding service conditions, so you're not looking at a soft component that'll give out early in a hard-use environment.
