Question by: Rex A on Sep 25, 2025, 3:55 PM
Got a machine tool application running proportional valve control and trying to figure out if this Vickers unit'll handle the flow we need. We're looking at around 20 liters per minute. That enough headroom with this one?
Answer by: Customer Support on Sep 26, 2025, 4:19 PM
At a rated flow of 22 liters per minute, you've got a little room above your 20 LPM requirement. For a machine tool application, that's a reasonable fit. The valve is direct-acting, so response behavior should be predictable without a lot of fuss during setup. It's also listed specifically for machine tool use, so you're not forcing it into a role it wasn't built for.
