Question by: Neal K on Apr 28, 2025, 10:16 AM
Got a press line running on an older system and need a two-stage directional valve that'll bolt up without a bunch of custom work. Does the DG17V82C10 mount on standard surfaces or am I gonna need adapters?
Answer by: Customer Support on Apr 29, 2025, 11:32 AM
Mounting should be straightforward on your setup. The DG17V82C10 is built to fit industry-standard surfaces, so you won't need custom adapters or special machining in most press applications. It also gives you the option of three- or four-way directional control, which adds some flexibility depending on how your circuit is configured.

This Vickers valve is indeed well-suited for presses, along with a variety of other applications like die casting, machine tools, and even turbine control systems.
