Product Questions & Answers (2)

Question by: Eddie F on Apr 8, 2025, 1:21 PM
Flow rate on this one says 75 liters per minute, that enough to keep up on a die casting line runnin pretty steady?
Answer by: Customer Support on Apr 10, 2025, 8:27 AM
For die casting applications, 75 liters per minute is right in the working range where most of those systems operate. The DG17V88C10 is specifically listed for die casting and foundry use, so the flow capacity lines up with what those environments typically demand. It handles three- or four-way directional control, which gives you the flexibility to match it to the actuation sequences common on casting equipment without having to work around limitations in the valve itself.
Question by: Earl B on Jun 21, 2025, 6:15 AM
Reckon this valve would hold up in a die casting operation? We run 'em pretty hard.
Answer by: Customer Support on Jun 22, 2025, 2:55 PM
It's designed for die casting and foundry applications, so it should be well-suited to handle the demands of that kind of environment. It's also used in machine tool, marine, and turbine control systems, so it is a pretty versatile valve.
