flow rate on this one is 75 liters per minute, that enough to keep up with a press application runnin pretty steady?

For press applications, 75 liters per minute is a solid working flow rate and falls right in line with what this valve is built for. Press use is actually one of the listed applications, so you're not pushing it outside its intended territory.
