Flow rate on this thing is listed at 700 liters per minute, is that gonna hold up running a press line or are we talking more of a peak number?

700 liters per minute is the rated flow for this valve, so for press applications that's well within what it was built to handle. Press work is actually one of the core use cases for this model, along with die casting, machine tools, and similar high-demand industrial environments. As long as your system is sized to match that flow capacity, you shouldn't run into any surprises on a press line.
