VICKERS-KDG4V-3S-33C22N-M-KUP5-GP5-60

Description & Features

Designed for demanding industrial environments, the VICKERS-KDG4V-3S-33C22N-M-KUP5-GP5-60 is a direct-acting proportional valve from Vickers by Danfoss/Eaton, rated for flow up to 22 litres per minute. It is available in three performance levels, ultra, high, and standard, making it adaptable across a broad range of hydraulic system requirements without the need for an onboard electronics (OBE) module.

Fluorocarbon seals provide reliable fluid compatibility in high-temperature and chemically demanding service conditions. Plug-and-play functionality supports faster commissioning and reduces setup time during integration. Suitable applications span die casting and foundry equipment, machine tools, marine and offshore installations, presses, primary metal and paper processing, test equipment and simulation rigs, and turbine control systems including wind, steam, and water turbines.

Product Questions & Answers (2)

Question by: Pete M on Jan 16, 2026, 8:29 PM
does this valve work without needing a separate electronics module, or do I have to buy extra parts to get it running?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jan 18, 2026, 7:19 PM
No onboard electronics module is required with this one. It runs direct-acting and supports plug-and-play hookup, so you're not chasing down extra components just to get it commissioned. That tends to save a fair bit of time during installation, especially if you're integrating it into an existing system.
Question by: Floyd E on Jul 25, 2025, 4:55 PM
reckon this would be ok for a press application?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jul 26, 2025, 6:18 PM
These Vickers direct-acting proportional valves are indeed suitable for presses. The product page specifically lists presses as an application.
