Flow rate on this one is listed at 95 liters per minute, is that enough for press and die casting work, or is this more suited to lighter duty machine tool setups?

At 95 liters per minute, this valve handles the demands of press and die casting environments just fine. Those applications are explicitly listed among its intended uses, so you're not pushing it into territory it wasn't built for. Machine tool use is also on that list, but the flow capacity here is solid enough that you aren't limited to lighter work only.
