VICKERS-CG5-100A-C-M-U-H7-P10-110

Description & Features

Designed for hydraulic circuits requiring precise pressure management, the Vickers CG5-100A-C-M-U-H7-P10-110 is a pressure control valve from the Vickers by Danfoss/Eaton CG5-10 series. It functions as an adjustable pressure relief or regulating valve, limiting system pressure to a set maximum, making it well suited for industrial hydraulic applications where consistent pressure control is critical.

Rated for flow up to 454 litres per minute, this valve features a plug-and-play design for straightforward installation and integration. Buna-N seals provide reliable fluid compatibility across common hydraulic media, while moisture-resistant construction supports reliable performance in demanding environments. The valve ships with no special features beyond its standard configuration, and its width of 3.38 inches fits within typical industrial mounting envelopes.

Question by: Jimmy M on Apr 24, 2025, 8:33 AM
flow rate on this thing is listed at 454 litres per minute -- is that enough for most industrial hydraulic setups or is it on the smaller side?
Answer by: Customer Support on Apr 26, 2025, 6:03 AM
For a good chunk of industrial hydraulic applications, 454 litres per minute is a solid capacity. That puts it well into the range used for medium to large industrial circuits where pressure regulation is the main job. If your system runs close to or under that threshold, you're in good shape with this valve.
