Flow rate on this one is listed at 115 liters per minute, is that enough to handle die casting equipment running pretty hard?

For die casting applications, 115 liters per minute is a solid flow rate and well within the range that most die casting machinery demands from a directional control valve. The DG4V4 series was built with exactly that kind of environment in mind, so it's not just a general-purpose valve shoehorned into a tough application. Die casting and foundry use are explicitly listed as intended applications for this valve, so you're not pushing it outside its design intent.

Will this handle hydraulic fluid okay, or do I need to swap out the seals?
