DANFOSS / EATON DG4V-3-6C-M-FW-H7-60-EN614

Description & Features

Designed for demanding industrial hydraulic circuits, the Danfoss / Eaton DG4V-3-6C-M-FW-H7-60-EN614 is a single-stage directional control valve from the Vickers DG4V-3 series, offering three- or four-way directional control with a maximum flow rate of 80 litres per minute. The 60-design configuration mounts easily on industry-standard subplate surfaces, supporting broad compatibility across a wide range of hydraulic systems.

Buna-N seals make this valve well suited for common hydraulic fluid applications, while the 30-watt solenoid provides reliable actuation across its intended duty cycle. Application coverage includes machine tools, press systems, die casting and foundry equipment, marine and offshore installations, primary metal and paper processing, test and simulation equipment, and turbine control for wind, steam, and water systems.

Question by: Lee S on Jun 24, 2025, 7:34 AM
reckon this Eaton valve will hold up okay in a machine tool application?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jun 26, 2025, 6:17 AM
This DG4V-3 series valve is designed for machine tool use, along with presses, die casting equipment, and other industrial applications.
Question by: Marvin A on May 9, 2025, 11:57 AM
flow rate on this valve is listed at 80 LPM -- that enough to run a decent-sized press circuit without choking down?
Answer by: Customer Support on May 11, 2025, 9:44 AM
For most press applications, 80 litres per minute gives you solid headroom. The DG4V-3 series was built with press systems as one of its primary use cases, so the flow capacity lines up well with that kind of work. Just make sure your system demand at peak stroke stays within that ceiling and you should be in good shape.
