Flow rate on this one says 94 litres per minute, is that enough for a press application, or are these typically used in lighter-duty setups?

Press applications are actually one of the documented uses for this valve, so 94 litres per minute is right in the wheelhouse for that kind of work. It handles three- or four-way directional control, which is exactly what most press circuits need to manage cylinder direction and sequencing. The Nitrile seals hold up well in the fluid types common to industrial press environments too, so you're not looking at a mismatch there.
