Product Questions & Answers (2)

Question by: Wade T on Jun 20, 2025, 9:45 AM
flow rate on this thing is listed at 700 liters per minute -- is that enough to handle heavy-cycle press or die casting work without the valve bogging down?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jun 21, 2025, 1:20 PM
For press and die casting applications, 700 liters per minute is a serious flow capacity. Those environments put real demands on directional control components, and this valve was built with exactly that kind of duty in mind. Die casting and foundry work are both listed application categories for this unit, so it fits right into that kind of high-demand cycle environment without being pushed outside its intended range.
Question by: Harvey M on Nov 6, 2025, 11:55 AM
What kind of fluid volume can this directional control valve handle?
Answer by: Customer Support on Nov 7, 2025, 2:22 PM
This Danfoss/Eaton valve is rated for a flow rate of 700 liters per minute. That makes it suitable for fairly demanding hydraulic systems.
