flow rate on this one's listed at 80 litres per minute, that metric or is there a GPM equivalent I should be thinking about for my setup?

80 litres per minute works out to roughly 21 gallons per minute, so if your system is sized around GPM that's the number to work with. Worth keeping in mind when you're matching this valve to your pump output and line sizing.
