flow rate on this valve is listed at 120 LPM -- that enough for press and die casting work or is it gonna be a bottleneck?

For most press and die casting setups, 120 liters per minute is a solid working capacity. Those applications can push fluid demand pretty hard during cycle peaks, and this valve holds up to that without becoming the weak link in the circuit. If your system is consistently running near or above that threshold, you'd want to size up, but for typical die casting and press use it fits right in.
