VICKERS KBDG5V733C85NEXM2PE7

Description & Features

Designed for precise proportional flow control in demanding hydraulic circuits, the Vickers KBDG5V733C85NEXM2PE7 is a pilot-operated proportional directional control valve rated at 85 litres per minute. It falls within the IV Proportional Valves category, making it suited to applications requiring continuously variable spool positioning and repeatable response under varying load conditions.

Fluorocarbon seals provide reliable fluid compatibility across a range of hydraulic media, including fluids that would degrade standard nitrile sealing materials. The PE7 designation indicates an integrated electronics package, supporting direct interfacing with proportional amplifier cards or closed-loop control systems. With a product width of 3.65, the valve fits within standard size 7 cetop mounting envelopes.

Question by: Neal T on Aug 24, 2025, 10:30 AM
fluorocarbon seals on this thing, does that mean it'll hold up better with certain hydraulic fluids than a standard valve would?
Answer by: Customer Support on Aug 25, 2025, 2:22 PM
Fluorocarbon seals handle a wider range of hydraulic media than nitrile seals do. If you're running fluids that would break down standard sealing materials, this valve is built to take that without the seal degradation you'd see in a conventional unit. For most petroleum-based and a good number of synthetic hydraulic fluids, the fluorocarbon construction gives you a meaningful durability advantage over valves with nitrile seals.
