VICKERS-KDG3V-8-2C330N-E-20-EN39

Description & Features

Designed for demanding industrial environments, the Vickers KDG3V-8-2C330N-E-20-EN39 is a direct-acting proportional valve rated for flow up to 330 litres per minute. It is available in three performance levels, ultra, high, and standard, allowing selection to match specific application requirements without over-specifying the installation.

Fluorocarbon seals support compatibility with a broad range of hydraulic fluids, making this valve well suited for use across die casting and foundry equipment, machine tools, marine and offshore installations, press systems, primary metal and paper processing, test and simulation equipment, and turbine control applications including wind, steam, and water. Plug-and-play functionality is built in to reduce commissioning time on new and replacement installations.

Question by: Tony H on Aug 16, 2025, 4:30 PM
We run a mix of hydraulic fluids across our press systems depending on what's available from our supplier at the time. This valve gonna hold up to that, or do we need to stick to one specific fluid type?
Answer by: Customer Support on Aug 18, 2025, 6:49 AM
Fluorocarbon seals give this valve solid compatibility across a wide range of hydraulic fluids, so swapping between fluid types on your press system shouldn't be a problem. That seal material is specifically chosen for broad chemical resistance, which makes it a practical fit for use that don't always run the same fluid batch to batch.
