VICKERS DG5V56CTVMUD610HAVANT

Description & Features

Rated for flow up to 160 litres per minute, the Vickers DG5V56CTVMUD610HAVANT is a two-stage directional control valve designed for demanding industrial hydraulic circuits. It supports three- or four-way directional control and mounts on industry-standard surfaces, simplifying integration into existing machine configurations.

Buna-N seals make this valve well suited to a broad range of hydraulic fluids. Application coverage spans machine tools, presses, die casting and foundry equipment, primary metals processing, marine and offshore systems, test and simulation equipment, and turbine control, including wind, steam, and water turbine installations. This breadth of compatibility reflects the valve's design flexibility across high-demand industrial sectors.

Question by: Sherry R on May 28, 2025, 8:47 PM
we run a two-stage directional valve on our press line right now and been looking at replacements, does this one handle four-way control or is it limited to three-way?
Answer by: Customer Support on May 30, 2025, 6:10 AM
Both configurations are supported. The DG5V56CTVMUD610HAVANT handles three-way and four-way directional control, so it can slot into either setup depending on how your circuit is laid out. That kind of flexibility is one of the reasons it gets used across press applications in the first place.

If I'm swapping out an old valve, are the mounting surfaces on this Vickers model pretty standard?
Answer by: Customer Support on Nov 20, 2025, 6:51 AM
They are. This valve is designed to mount on industry-standard surfaces, which makes it easy to integrate into existing machine setups.
