Designed for demanding industrial hydraulic circuits, the Vickers DGMFN H8 Y A2W B2W 10 is a SystemStak directional control valve suited for applications including machine tool, press, marine/offshore, die casting and foundry, primary metal and paper, turbine control, and test equipment and simulation environments.
Constructed with Nitrile seals, this valve supports flow rates up to 350 litres per minute. The SystemStak modular format reduces installation costs by minimizing the need for external interconnecting components, while also eliminating external leakage points and boosting resistance to contamination, practical advantages in high-cycle or harsh-duty installations.
No special features are listed beyond the standard configuration. Refer to the full specification table on this page for complete dimensional and performance data.

Question by: Keith H on Sep 22, 2025, 12:29 PM
What kind of applications does this valve work for? Seems like I could use it for a few different things.
Answer by: Customer Support on Sep 23, 2025, 3:57 PM
This directional control valve is well-suited for die casting, foundry work, machine tools, marine and offshore applications, presses, primary metal and paper production, test equipment and simulation setups, and turbine control, including wind, steam, and water turbines.
Question by: Freddie G on May 3, 2025, 9:43 AM
flow rate on this one goes up to 350 LPM, but we're running a pretty high-cycle press operation -- will the nitrile seals hold up in that kind of environment or do they tend to wear out faster under heavy use?
Answer by: Customer Support on May 5, 2025, 6:31 AM
Nitrile is a solid general-purpose seal material and holds up well in high-cycle hydraulic applications. For press use specifically, this valve is listed as a rated application, so the overall design is intended for that kind of duty. The 350 litre per minute flow capacity gives you good headroom if your system isn't pushing the upper limit continuously. Nitrile does have limits with certain fluid types and extreme temperature ranges, but for a standard hydraulic press circuit running conventional fluid, it should perform reliably over time.
