Question by: Warren M on Feb 21, 2026, 3:14 PM
Flow rate on this one's listed at 40 litres per minute, that enough for a press application or should I be looking at something bigger?
Answer by: Customer Support on Feb 22, 2026, 8:09 PM
For most press circuits, 40 litres per minute is right in the working range. This valve is actually called out for press applications specifically, so you're not stretching it into territory it wasn't built for. Just make sure your system demand stays within that 40 LPM ceiling and you'll be in good shape.
Question by: Neil L on Dec 5, 2025, 6:17 PM
What kind of applications does this valve work for? I do mostly die casting.
Answer by: Customer Support on Dec 7, 2025, 9:47 AM
This Vickers valve is well-suited for die casting and foundry work, along with machine tool, press, primary metal, marine/offshore, turbine control, and test/simulation equipment applications.
