Product Questions & Answers (1)

Question by: Bobby P on Jan 23, 2026, 7:52 PM
Flow rate on this one shows just under 49.5 liters a minute, that hold up in something like a dump truck application running pretty hard through a shift?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jan 25, 2026, 7:12 PM
For dump truck use, that flow rate sits right in a practical working range for the V10 series. These pumps are built around a pressure-balanced 12-vane setup that keeps flow pulsation down even under heavier cycling, so you're not going to get the surging and noise issues that plague cheaper units during repeated lift-and-lower sequences. Cast iron construction holds up to the kind of continuous vibration and load swings that come with that type of work. Vickers designed the V10 series with a wide displacement range across the lineup, so the output you're seeing with this unit is consistent with what the series is rated to handle in mobile equipment environments.
