got a 1/2 inch tube with a JIC 37 flare, is this the right cap nut to close it off?

For a 1/2 inch tube size JIC 37 degree flare connection, this cap nut matches that setup. It uses a female JIC SAE 37 degree flare thread with a 3/4-16 thread (SAE J514), so it’s meant to cap off that size flare fitting.
