12 JIC CAP STNLS

Designed to seal and protect unused female JIC ports, the 12 JIC Cap Stainless is constructed from straight stainless steel and rated for dynamic pressures up to 5,000 PSI. The female JIC SAE 37-degree flare thread connection (1-1/16-12) conforms to SAE J514, making it suitable for use in hydraulic systems where port integrity and corrosion resistance are both priorities.

With a 3/4" tube OD thread size and a hex of 1.250", this cap fits securely and is straightforward to install or remove with standard tooling. Stainless steel construction makes it a reliable choice for environments where moisture, chemical exposure, or temperature variation would compromise carbon steel fittings. Manufactured by Brennan Industries under the 0304-C series.
