Manufactured from straight stainless steel, the 05 JIC Tube Sleeve Stainless is designed for use with 5/16 in. tube OD connections conforming to SAE J514. The sleeve seats within a JIC fitting assembly to support the tube and maintain a reliable metal-to-metal seal at the flared connection point.

At 0.440 in. overall length with a 0.318 in. drill dimension, this sleeve is suited for hydraulic line assemblies where corrosion resistance is a priority, particularly in environments where moisture, chemicals, or aggressive media may be present. Stainless steel construction makes it a practical choice over carbon steel alternatives in such conditions.

What size tubing does this sleeve work with? I wanna make sure I get the right one.

It's designed to be used with 5/16 inch OD tubing, according to the SAE J514 spec.
