#20 JIC TUBE SLEEVE

Manufactured from straight steel to SAE J514 specifications, the #20 JIC Tube Sleeve is designed for use with 1-1/4" OD tubing in JIC 37° flare hydraulic connections. With an overall length of 0.910 inches and a drill diameter of 1.260 inches, it is correctly sized for standard #20 JIC fittings and is compatible with the Brennan Series 0319 fitting line.

This sleeve seats securely against the tube OD to support proper flare formation and maintain connection integrity under hydraulic system pressure. It is suited for use in industrial hydraulic assemblies where SAE J514-compliant JIC connections are specified. California residents should note that this product is subject to Prop 65 warnings as indicated by Brennan Industries.

Is this sleeve made of regular steel, or is it stainless? I need somethin' that won't rust up on me quick.
