Part number 0403-04-04, that the same thing as A73014-4S? Got a requisition that lists the alternate and wanna make sure im ordering the right fitting.

Both numbers refer to the same part. A73014-4S is just an alternate part number for the 0403-04-04, so either one gets you this exact Brennan straight adapter. You're good to order off either reference.
