Danfoss / Eaton Hose End 04E Series

Description & Features

Danfoss / Eaton E Series Crimp Hose Fittings JIC 37 Female Swivel are engineered for use in general-purpose low and medium-pressure hydraulic applications, particularly where shock hazards are present.

Constructed from carbon steel, these fittings feature Dura-Kote plating, providing superior corrosion resistance. This ensures the longevity of hose assemblies, which is critical in demanding environments.

The innovative design optimizes performance, promoting maximum uptime. The fittings have an end size of 0.4375 and a JIC 37 female swivel connection, making them ideal for secure and reliable hydraulic connections.

Moreover, they are system-engineered to extend the life of your hose assembly. The fittings are designed for compatibility with H277 or H435 hoses.

these got the dura-kote plating on em? been burning through fittings from rust and looking for something that'll actually hold up
Answer by: Customer Support on May 15, 2025, 10:57 AM
Carbon steel with Dura-Kote plating is exactly what you've got here. That coating is specifically there to fight corrosion, so for environments where moisture or harsh conditions are chewing through your regular fittings, these are a solid step up. The plating is part of what makes the hose assembly last longer overall.
