The Nipple(Reus) Brass is a field attachable hose fitting from Weatherhead by Aeroquip, featuring a 1/8 in. NPTF male pipe end on one side and a hose/line connection on the other, sized for -3 dash hose.

What size is that hose connection on this fitting?

The hose connection fits a -3 dash hose. This is part of the Weatherhead 057B Series.
