trying to swap out an old hose end, is the 08E-510 the one with a JIC 37 male and -8 hose size?

Will this fitting hold up in a hydraulic system running around 2500 PSI?

fitting's made from carbon steel -- does the coating hold up when it's sitting around in wet or dirty conditions for a while?
