The 1.5PE Series Aluminium Gear Pump is designed with high efficiency and durability in mind accommodating severe operating conditions. Featuring a 2-Bolt SAE AA Mounting Flange and a 1/2 St. Keyed x 1.06 long SAE AA Shaft this pump ensures robust performance. It offers a displacement of 0.25 cu in/rev and supports CW rotation.

The pump includes an SAE -8 Side Inlet and an SAE -6 Side Outlet making it suitable for various industrial applications. Rated for a pressure of 3625 PSI and a speed rating of 3400 RPM it can handle demanding tasks with ease. The advanced bushing and seal design optimize functionality in high-temperature and low-viscosity environments.

With a continuous speed rating that varies with displacement and intermittent speeds up to 5000 RPM this gear pump is versatile for different operational needs. The standard temperature rating ranges from 5deg;F to 185deg;F with Buna-N seals and -4deg;F to 230deg;F with FPM seals (Viton).

Recommended filtration levels are ISO 4406: < 2900 PSI: 20/19/16; > 2900 PSI: 19/18/15. For optimal performance use fluids with an operating viscosity range between 85 SUS to 297 SUS.

runs clockwise rotation on this one, right? got a setup that won't work with a CCW pump and don't want to order the wrong thing again

Correct, this pump runs clockwise rotation as configured. Worth knowing though, rotation can be changed by reversing the positions of the drive shaft and driven shaft and rotating the front flange, so it's not permanently locked to CW if your needs ever change down the road.

What kind of operating temps can this pump handle?

The standard Buna-N seals allow for operating temperatures from 5°F to 185°F. If you need a wider range, FPM seals (Viton) will handle -4°F to 230°F.
