Description & Features

The Salami 1.5PE9.3D-R80S0 Pump is engineered for high efficiency and longevity in challenging environments. Its advanced bushing and seal configuration ensures optimal performance even under high temperature and low viscosity conditions. With a displacement of 0.57 cu in/rev this pump provides a reliable and consistent flow rate.

The 2-Bolt SAE AA mounting flange and SAE -10 side inlet and SAE -8 side outlet ports offer a secure and standardized connection. Designed for clockwise rotation the configuration can be altered by adjusting the driven and drive shafts along with the front flange position.

The pressure rating for continuous operation is 2610 PSI and peak pressures can reach up to 4205 PSI. The recommended fluid viscosity ranges from 66 SUS to 3635 SUS covering various operating conditions. The pump can operate at continuous speeds of up to 2550 RPM with intermittent speeds reaching 5000 RPM.

Temperature ratings vary with seal types: Buna-N seals withstand 5deg;F to 185deg;F while FPM (Viton) seals handle -4deg;F to 230deg;F. Constructed from aluminum the gear pump is resistant to wear and tear ensuring dependable performance over time.

Will this gear pump hold up if I'm running it pretty much all day, every day?

For continuous operation, this pump is rated up to 2550 RPM. Just be sure to stay within the recommended fluid viscosity range of 66 SUS to 3635 SUS to keep it running smoothly.
