does this adapter work on both the 10 ton and 15 ton SPX cylinders, or is it just for one of em?

Both are covered with this part. SPX made it to fit either the 10 ton or the 15 ton cylinder, so you don't need separate adapters depending on which unit you're working with. The thread specs are 1-1/4-11-1/2NPT on one end and 1-8UNC2A on the other, with a 1-5/8 inch diameter and 1-13/16 inch overall length.
