what all materials is this clamp available in if zinc plated steel ain't what I need for my setup?

Quite a few options depending on your environment. Beyond zinc plated steel, these clamps come in galvanized steel, 304 stainless, 316 stainless, and aluminum. So if you're running somewhere with more moisture or chemical exposure, you've got room to step up to a stainless grade without having to source a completely different product line.
