Got a hydraulic line running metric DIN tube on one end and need to tie into a 1/2 inch NPT port at a 90 degree angle. this fitting do that?
Answer by: Customer Support on Nov 16, 2025, 6:31 AM
That's what this one's built for. One side is an M22 x 1.5 male DIN tube connection sized at L15, and the other is a 1/2 inch male NPTF thread. The 90 degree elbow body lets you make that turn right at the connection point, which saves you from having to route a bent line just to change direction. Steel construction, 19mm wrench flat for tightening, and it carries the Adaptall part number 5070L-15-08 if you need to cross-reference it.

got a hose end that’s M22 x 1.5 on the DIN side. will this elbow jump me over to a 1/2 npt pipe port?
Answer by: Customer Support on Nov 20, 2025, 6:37 AM
It bridges a DIN tube male connection on one end and a male 1/2 - 14 NPTF on the other. The DIN side is M22 x 1.5 in L15 sizing, so it’s meant for that specific DIN tube connection while giving you a 1/2 inch NPTF male thread for the port side.

Will this fitting hold up okay in a hydraulic system that sees some pretty high pressure?

Constructed from durable steel, this fitting should offer robust performance when used in demanding hydraulic applications.
