The 10000 Series Geroler Motor 40.60 cu in/rev 4 Bolt SAE C Mounting Flange 2-1/4 in. Straight Keyed Shaft 1-1/4 Code 61 Split Flange Ports from Danfoss Power Solutions II LLC is engineered for industrial metal forming boring and port equipment applications. Featuring a robust 2-1/4 in. straight keyed shaft this motor ensures reliable torque transmission.
Equipped with highly-efficient Geroler technology it provides energy-saving performance and the lowest pressure drop in the industry. Suitable for environments where fluid viscosity ranges between 100-200 SUS the motor supports a maximum operating temperature of 180 F.
The 4 Bolt SAE C mounting flange and 1-1/4 Code 61 split flange ports guarantee secure installation. To assure optimal motor life a recommended break-in period of one hour at 30% of rated pressure is suggested. For continuous back pressure over 300 PSI use an external case drain line.
This motor adheres to ISO Cleanliness Code level 18/13 for recommended filtration. It is essential to utilize premium quality anti-wear hydraulic fluids for best performance.

running this on a sawmill setup and want to make sure it can handle the load without cooking itself. what's the max temp this thing's rated for before it starts having problems?
Answer by: Customer Support on Aug 9, 2025, 6:29 AM
Upper limit on operating temperature is 180 degrees F. As long as your system stays under that, you're in good shape. Worth noting that the recommended fluid viscosity range is 100 to 200 SUS at operating temperature, so keeping your fluid in that window helps manage heat too. Minimum acceptable viscosity is 70 SUS, but you'd want to stay above that for anything resembling continuous work.

Hey, will this thing bolt right up to a standard SAE C mount? Just want to make sure before I order.
Answer by: Customer Support on Jun 18, 2025, 8:09 AM
it uses a 4-bolt SAE C mounting flange, so it should fit right up.
