Fluid Viscosity	Minimum: 70 SUS at operating temperature. Recommended Range: 100-200 SUS.-viscosity
Maximum Case Pressure	300 PSI (Without case drain). For continuous back pressure over 300 PSI, use an external case drain line. Install line so motor case remains full at all times.-case pressure
Maximum Operating Temperature	180° F.-temperature
Recommended Break-In	To assure best motor life, run motor for approximately one hour at 30% of rated pressure before application to full load. Be sure motor is filled with fluid prior to any load applications.-break in
Recommended Filtration	Per ISO Cleanliness Code, level 18/13.
Recommended Fluids	Premium quality, anti-wear type hydraulic fluid.-fluids

What kind of fluid should I be running in this thing?

Premium quality, anti-wear type hydraulic fluid is what's recommended for these motors. You'll want to aim for a viscosity range of 100-200 SUS.
