part number 101-1307-009, is that the Char-Lynn H series motor, or is this something different under the Danfoss/Eaton name?

Char-Lynn is the legacy brand name for this motor line, and Danfoss acquired Eaton's fluid power division, which is why you'll see all three names attached to the same product.
