Description & Features

Designed for demanding mobile hydraulic applications, the Char-Lynn 2000 Series Disc Geroler motor M02096AD00AA0100010000000AAAAF delivers a torque rating of 455 Nm with a maximum flow rate of 75 litres per minute. Built around a highly efficient Geroler mechanism, this bearingless motor offers one of the lowest pressure drops available in its class, supporting energy-efficient performance in high-cycle applications.

Constructed from cast iron, this motor is suited to swing motor drives, brush cutters, mowers, and harvesting equipment. The 2000 Series platform supports standard, wheel, and bearingless configurations, giving system designers flexibility in how the motor is integrated. The bearingless design is particularly well suited to applications where external bearing support is already provided by the driven assembly.

Question by: Roy W on Mar 5, 2026, 10:24 AM
Running a brush cutter setup and need something that can handle the torque without me having to babysit it all season, this motor pull 455 Nm, that right?
Answer by: Customer Support on Mar 7, 2026, 6:52 AM
Yeah, 455 Nm is the torque rating on this one. For brush cutter work, that's a solid number and the cast iron build holds up well in that kind of environment. The Geroler mechanism is also known for keeping pressure drop low, which means you're not bleeding energy away through the motor itself. That matters when you're running high-cycle equipment all day.
