Danfoss / Eaton Brass Adapter

Description & Features

Designed for 90-degree directional changes in fluid lines, this brass barb-to-barb elbow adapter connects 1/2-inch barbed fittings on both ends. Manufactured under the Aeroquip line from Danfoss / Eaton, it is well-suited for temperature control circuits, coolant and lubricant lines, pneumatic circuits, and vacuum and fluid systems in test apparatus and industrial environments.

Constructed from brass and finished with Dura-Kote plating, the fitting provides strong corrosion resistance across a range of media and conditions. It is rated to operate at pressures above SAE standards, making it a capable choice where higher-pressure performance is required. The broad Aeroquip fitting family offers hundreds of compatible styles, supporting consistent design across complex assemblies.

So this elbow adapter, it's brass right? Can I use it for hooking up some coolant lines on my old Ford?

Yeah, it's made of brass with a Dura-Kote plating. Its primary purpose is for temperature control circuits and coolant lines, so it should work well for your application.
