Is the 4K-006 the same motor as what Char-Lynn puts out, or is that a different line altogether?

Char-Lynn is the brand name behind this motor. Danfoss and Eaton both carry it under that label, so the 109-1203-006 you see here is a genuine Char-Lynn unit, just sold through the Danfoss/Eaton distribution side. Same motor, same lineage.
