Designed for flat face connections in hydraulic and fluid transfer applications, the Danfoss / Eaton Coupling is a male half quick disconnect plug from Eaton's Hansen FF Series. Built from carbon steel with an NBR+AU seal, it delivers reliable performance across construction equipment, agricultural machinery, utility vehicles, on-highway vehicles, and stationary in-plant fluid transfer systems.
The coupling features a push-to-connect end with a sleeve lock safety mechanism, connecting to a 9/16" SAE female port. It supports a flow rate of 10.6 gallons per minute and carries a torque rating of 31.5 lb/ft. The flat face internal connection type minimizes fluid loss and contamination during connect and disconnect cycles, no special tools required. Certified to ISO 16028 and compliant with RoHS, REACH, and the European Pressure Equipment Directive (PED) 97/23 EC, it is also interchangeable with HTMA couplings in the 3/8" size. Operating temperature range starts at -13°F.
