Designed for hydraulic and fluid transfer applications, this carbon steel flat-face Socket from Eaton's Hansen FF Series is a female half quick disconnect coupling with a 3/8" BSPP port connection and push-to-connect interface. It is rated for a flow rate of 10.6 gallons per minute and carries a torque rating of 31.5 lb/ft, with a minimum working temperature of -13°F. The sleeve lock mechanism secures the connection without requiring special tools, and the flat-face internal connection type minimizes fluid loss and air inclusion during connect and disconnect cycles.

Sealed with an NBR+AU compound, this two-way valve coupling meets and exceeds ISO 16028 operating pressure requirements and complies with RoHS and REACH standards, as well as the European Pressure Equipment Directive 97/23/EC. Suitable for construction equipment, agricultural machinery, utility vehicles, on-highway vehicles, and stationary in-plant fluid transfer systems, it is also interchangeable with HTMA couplings in the 3/8" size.

does this socket work with BSPP fittings or is it strictly NPT on the port end?

BSPP is exactly what you get on the port side of this coupling. The thread connection is 3/8" BSPP, so if your system or manifold is already set up for British Standard Parallel Pipe threads, this will mate up without any adapter gymnastics.

trying to replace a 3/8 flat-face coupler on a skid steer, is this the female half and does it interchange with HTMA?
