Side one features an M18 x 1.5 DIN tube end (Size S10) with male gender, while side two carries a 1/4" male NPTF thread (1/4-18 NPTF), making it well suited for systems where DIN-metric and NPT-inch standards meet.

Got a piece of equipment running DIN metric fittings on one end and NPT ports on the other, does this adapter go straight between the two without needing any extra hardware?

That's what it's built for. One side is an M18 x 1.5 DIN tube end (Size S10) and the other is a 1/4-18 NPTF male thread, all in one straight steel body. No extra pieces, no unions, no reducers. Just threads into your NPT port and accepts the DIN tube fitting on the other end. Keeps things clean and straightforward when you're bridging those two standards in line.

Will this here fitting hold up alright in a hydraulic setup on my tractor, or is it more for shop air and such?
