Danfoss / Eaton Brass Adapter

Description & Features

A brass Push-to-Connect swivel male elbow adapter designed for use with a wide range of flexible tubing materials, including Nylon, Polyethylene, PVC, and Polyurethane tubing up to 90A durometer. The Push-to-Connect end simplifies installation while the swivel design allows for easier alignment during assembly. One end features a BSPP male thread, making this adapter suitable for connecting to metric-threaded ports commonly found in European and international hydraulic equipment.

The Danfoss / Eaton Brass Adapter is part of the Aeroquip product line and carries Dura-Kote plating for strong corrosion resistance in demanding environments. Rated for operating pressures above SAE standards, it offers reliable performance in pneumatic and fluid transfer circuits. Brass construction provides good compatibility across a broad range of media. Available as a single unit, with a package weight of 0.5 lb.

Question by: Bobby R on Apr 9, 2025, 5:12 PM
Got some polyurethane tubing running to a pneumatic circuit on a piece of equipment we imported from Germany. Will this fitting thread right into the metric ports on that machine?
Answer by: Customer Support on Apr 10, 2025, 6:55 PM
BSPP threads are what you'll find on most European and internationally built hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, and that's exactly what this adapter uses on the threaded end. So yes, it should mate up cleanly with metric-threaded ports common to that kind of machinery. The push-to-connect end handles the tubing side, and polyurethane up to 90A durometer is well within what this fitting is rated for.

got a mix of nylon and polyurethane air line in the shop. will this push-to-connect elbow work with that stuff or is it picky
Answer by: Customer Support on May 8, 2025, 6:53 AM
For tubing, it’s meant to work across a wide range, including Nylon, Polyethylene, PVC, and Polyurethane up to 90A durometer. The push-to-connect end is for that flexible tubing, and the other end is a BSPP male thread.
