This Danfoss / Eaton brass adapter is a push-to-connect and NPTF male 90° elbow adapter, designed for use with various tubing types including Nylon, Polyurethane (up to 90A durometer), Polyethylene, and PVC tubing.

Featuring Dura-Kote plating, this Weatherhead sub-branded adapter offers superior corrosion resistance and design flexibility with hundreds of styles to choose from. It provides higher operating pressures exceeding SAE standards. The end 1 connection is NPTF male, while the end 2 connection is a 5/16" (0.3125) barb with male gender.

Will this fitting work with regular PVC pipe, or does it need to be a special kind?
