DANFOSS / EATON CPLNG 1000 SERIES

Description & Features

Rated for general pneumatics, construction, and industrial plant use, the Danfoss / Eaton Cplng 1000 Series is a brass male half quick disconnect coupling with a ball lock internal connection mechanism. The 1/4-inch port features dual NPTF threaded ends, male on one side, female on the other, and is sealed with Buna-N for reliable fluid containment across a working temperature range starting at -40°F.

Manufactured under the Hansen sub-brand and carrying Aeroquip lineage, this coupling meets A-A-59439 and ISO 6150 Series B certifications, with compliance to the US Industrial Interchange standard. It connects and disconnects without special tools and is rated to exceed ISO 16028 operating pressures, making it a dependable choice for demanding industrial fluid and pneumatic applications. The brass construction and compact 0.78-inch width suit environments where corrosion resistance and space efficiency matter.

Question by: Lynn B on Mar 21, 2026, 11:25 AM
Is this the right fitting to use with air tools and general shop air?
Answer by: Customer Support on Mar 22, 2026, 4:16 PM
It's rated for general pneumatics, so it should work fine for air tools and shop air. Just make sure the 1/4-inch NPTF port size fits your setup.
