got a female M18 x 1.5 DIN tube end on one line and need to step down to M14 x 1.5 male. is that what this reducer does?

For tying two different DIN tube thread sizes together, this reducer goes from an M18 x 1.5 female DIN tube connection on Side 1 to an M14 x 1.5 male DIN tube connection on Side 2.
