CHAR-LYNN M0J19A09D1000B0B

Description & Features

A low-speed Geroler motor built for demanding duty cycles, the Char-Lynn M0J19A09D1000B0B delivers 50 Nm of torque with a flow rate of 21 litres per minute. Cast iron construction provides durability in harsh working environments, while the spool-type Geroler design supports extended bearing life and an increased shaft seal capacity relative to comparable motor classes.

This J Series motor is well suited to agricultural equipment including augers, harvesters, and seeders, as well as marine bow thrusters and food processing machinery. Its compact footprint makes it a practical choice where installation space is limited without compromising output. The Danfoss/Char-Lynn J Series is a widely recognised platform in the low-speed, high-torque segment of hydraulic motor applications.

got a seeder setup running off hydraulics and trying to figure out if this motor can handle the flow and torque demands. running about 21 LPM through the system. will this keep up?
Answer by: Customer Support on Sep 25, 2025, 11:31 AM
21 litres per minute is exactly what this motor is rated for, so you're right in the sweet spot. Torque output sits at 50 Nm, which lines up well with seeder drive applications. The cast iron build handles the kind of dirt and vibration that comes with field equipment, and the spool-type Geroler design is built to hold up over extended use rather than just light-duty cycles. Seeders are actually one of the listed applications for this motor, so it fits your situation well.
